IESCO maintains an extensive library of plant components dedicated to the improvement and
perfection of new field examination techniques. Specimens include cast stainless piping, pressure vessels with HIC damage, and hydroprocessing piping flanges (austenitic and ferritic) in a comprehensive selection of piping sizes and thickness. We have over 30 tons of heavy wall Hydrocracker reactor samples, including large nozzle samples from a Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) for the nuclear industry.

 

Objective demonstration of a particular technology or technique to detect and size a flaw is the premise under which IESCO performs it's field examinations.
